Lucky came to us just 2 days after the death of our puppy in 2009. We weren’t necessarily looking for another dog right away, but she changed our minds. She fit our family so well and grew with us over the years. She gave us so much, selflessly, and always with all that she had. We will miss her barks that sounded like “foooood” when she was ready to eat and her running around the house with her babies. Towards the end, you kept fighting, still trying to console us when you were sick. Thank you for all that you have given us through all the years. We love you so very much and will miss you every day.
